Longlife -36 is an ethylene glycol-based coolant that uses organic acid inhibitor technology (OAT) and does not contain nitrites, amines, phosphates, borates, or silicates. BTC classification: Type 4E.
Testing confirms that OAT provides effective corrosion protection when the coolant is used at the appropriate concentration for passenger cars up to 250,000 km and for commercial vehicles up to 500,000 km. It is recommended to replace the coolant either at the specified mileage or every 5 years, whichever comes first. Longlife -36 is extremely stable even with hard water, and its additive package depletes very slowly.
