Who can buy?

Everyone’s welcome — companies and private customers, in Finland or abroad.

- **Finland:** shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. This is our home turf and first priority.  
- **Outside Finland (Baltics & beyond):** request a quick quote — we’ll confirm the best rate and route.

**VAT:** prices are shown without VAT; it’s added where applicable.

**Pallets:** full pallet is best value; half-pallets are fine too. For smaller orders or outside Finland, send us a note or request a quote — we’ll sort it out fast.

How do I get a quote?

Add products to your cart and enter your email. That’s enough to request a quote (address and VAT number not required).  
**Optional:** include your delivery address to get shipping costs in the initial quote.

Quote vs Proforma Invoice

Accepted Answer

- **Quote:** a price offer; we can refine it or suggest alternatives. Recommended for larger orders or complex deliveries (e.g., >600 km from Helsinki or ferry legs).  
- **Proforma Invoice:** an official invoice including transport costs, used for payment. We need your company name and delivery address. If you provide a valid Finnish VAT number (validated online), VAT will not be added.

Are prices shown with VAT included?

No — prices are without VAT. With a valid Finnish VAT number at checkout, VAT is not added. If no VAT is provided or the number is invalid, **24%** VAT applies.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Automatic pricing is available for mainland Finland addresses within **600 km** of Helsinki.  
For addresses beyond 600 km or requiring ferry transport, add your address in **Additional information** and we’ll prepare a manual quote with shipping.  
Outside Finland: include your full address and we’ll prepare a custom quote.  
**ADR:** hazardous goods incur double shipping. If your order has two pallets and only one is ADR, the extra charge applies only to that pallet.

Delivery time

Finland: **3–5 business days from dispatch** after payment is received.

Returns / exchanges

Accepted Answer

Opened cans/drums are not accepted for return.  
If, for any reason, you wish to exchange a product (e.g., a mistakenly selected product), this is possible; additional transport costs are at the buyer’s expense.  
If transport damage is suspected (including leaks/deformation), please take photos and notify us within **48 hours**. We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange compensation or an on-site replacement after the facts are confirmed.

Origin & documentation

We represent selected brands and manufacture part of the products in Estonia. **COA, MSDS and OEM approvals** are available on request.

Packaging & minimum order

Accepted Answer

**One (1) drum** is possible, but the unit cost is higher; a **pallet** is usually the most sensible choice. No formal minimum order.

Delivery

We deliver to the **customer-provided address**; unloading is performed next to the vehicle. On-site movement (indoors/within the premises) is arranged by the buyer.

How do I pay?

Payment is by **invoice**. A Proforma Invoice includes all payment details. Goods are dispatched within **1 business day** after payment is received. Credit is not offered by default; may be available by agreement for long-term customers.

Yes — you’ll receive a copy of both the quote and the Proforma Invoice by email.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Account creation is not required (and not available). Your email is enough.
