How do I get a quote?
Add products to the cart and enter your email address. That's enough to request a quote (address and VAT are not required).
What is the difference between a Quote and a Proforma Invoice?
Quote – a price offer where we can provide you with a more suitable proposal or suggest alternative products and solutions. It’s also recommended for larger orders or more complex deliveries (for example, addresses over 600 km from Helsinki or requiring a ferry).
Proforma Invoice – an official invoice including transport cost, which you can use to make payment. For this, we need your company name and delivery address. VAT is optional, but if you provide a valid Finnish VAT number, no VAT will be added.
Are prices shown with VAT included?
No. All shop prices are shown without VAT. If you enter a valid Finnish VAT number during checkout (validated online), VAT will not be added. If no VAT is provided or the number is invalid, 24% VAT will be applied.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Automatic pricing works only for mainland Finland addresses up to 600 km from Helsinki.
If the address is 600+ km away or requires a ferry, please enter the address in the "Additional information" field — we will then prepare a manual quote with shipping cost.
If you are not located in Finland but still wish to order, add your full address in the "Additional information" field and we will prepare a custom quote.
ADR products (hazardous goods) cost double shipping. If your order has two pallets and only one contains ADR products, only that one pallet is charged double.
How do I pay?
Currently payment is by invoice. When you receive a Proforma Invoice, it includes all payment details. Goods are dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.
Will I receive email confirmation?
Yes. You will always receive a copy of both the quote and the Proforma Invoice by email.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Account creation is not required (and not possible). Your email address is enough.
Where can I see shipping rates and rules?
On the Shipping rates & policies page, which includes a pricing table (distance vs. pallet count) and an explanation of ADR rules.
Where can I find product documents (SDS/TDS, certificates)?
If available for a product, the documents can be downloaded directly on the product page.
How are the goods delivered?
We usually ship via the HuB Solution delivery service. Goods are delivered by pallet truck directly to your address.
