What we collect

• Inquiry/Order details: company/name, VAT number, delivery address, phone, email, and free-text notes.
• Technical data for site operation: temporary identifiers (e.g., session/consent) needed to run the site.
• Maps & address lookup: when you use the address picker, a maps provider (Google) processes your query and device/network data.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4, only if you consent.

We do not create user accounts and we do not store orders on the website. Invoices (PDF) are generated and sent by email.

Why we process & legal bases

• Responding to inquiries and fulfilling orders (pre-contract steps / contract performance).
• Security and service operation (legitimate interests, e.g., abuse prevention, availability).
• Analytics (consent). GA4 loads only after you opt in via the cookie banner.

Retention

• Customer communications: up to 24 months.
• Accounting documents (e.g., invoices): up to 7 years (as required by law).
• Temporary technical identifiers: up to 30 days, then deleted.
• Analytics: kept by Google under GA4 settings and your consent.

Disclosures (categories)

• Hosting/infrastructure and email delivery providers (to run the service and send messages).
• Google (Analytics and Maps).

Some providers may be outside the EEA. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used.

Cookies & consent

We use only essential cookies by default.

Analytics cookies run only after your opt-in. You can change or withdraw consent anytime.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object where applicable, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
